We will never ask our customers to call a 1-800 NEED HELP number. You will always call a local number and speak to someone who knows your account and can get you the support you need quickly.

We will always carry our parts and supplies in a local warehouse. We believe that it is better to have the "just in case" approach to doing business as opposed to "just in time". Our technicians are allowed to carry whatever parts they deem necessary to proficiently support our customers without question.

We know that every dealership has service technicians that can fix equipment but by instilling the mindset to our technicians that they are running their territory as their own business they take more ownership. The end result is better performing equipment and customers who are receiving the quality of service they deserve.
