Credit Card Payment Instructions

To pay your invoice by credit card, please email accountspayable@matrixbusiness.biz with the following information:

1. Invoice Number(s)

List the invoice number(s) you wish to pay.

2. Authorized Payment Amount

Include the total amount you authorize us to charge to your credit card. This amount should include:

          Note: The processing fee is calculated using the Total Due shown on the invoice(s).

• The total of the invoice(s), plus

• A 3% credit card processing fee (4% for American Express).

3. Processing Date

Specify the date you would like the credit card transaction processed.

What Happens Next?

• We will email you a secure payment link.

• Complete your payment using the secure link.

• Once your transaction has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email for your records.​
